Brett Sørem
Lead Editor
Brett Sørem has worked in post production for 15 years and is a member of IATSE MPEG Local 700. He has worked on studio movies such as Ballerina, Unstoppable, & Clifford the Big Red Dog. He has lead post on small indies, TV networks and ad agencies, though his exploration into cutting started 15 years before that with 3 words.

Before having access to a computer as a kid he edited his skateboard tricks together straight out of a Hi8 camera onto a VHS tape. Even though his workflow has refined slightly, his passion for cutting remains.
If he is not in his office cutting, you would probably find Brett at the park with his wife and kids, shredding on his skateboard, or kicking around a soccer ball.
JEFF STEINKAMP

Jeffrey Steinkamp is a film editor and member of IATSE MPEG Local 700 whose work spans feature films, independent productions, and commercials. His credits include Hangman, Almost Anything, Godspeed: The Story of Page Jones, The Breakup Pill, Dunkin Donut 2025 and 2026 Superbowl campaign, Stella 2025 Superbowl campaign, and Red Sonja.
Known for a strong command of narrative structure, pacing, and character-driven storytelling, Jeff works closely with directors to shape performances and guide films through the editorial process from assembly to final cut. Jeff comes from a distinguished lineage of film editors. He is the son of acclaimed multi Academy Award nominated editor William Steinkamp and the grandson of Academy Award–winning editor Fredric Steinkamp.
Like Brett, Jeff shares a passion for soccer and enjoys spending his time away from the cutting room outdoors with his wife and kids.
