Finishing price is per turnover version and delivery. If cut is locked and turnovers are created/delivered and it is decided to unlock the cut and fine tune the edit, an additional finishing day would need to be added to the project. We do not do closed captions, but if subtitles are need, we can provide that service. Reaach out to us for details.
